Despite the many ways to communicate, personal contact is still essential to managing my strategic marketing agency. When traveling, I always try to make the most of the "down time": taking some quality time to think "big picture," reviewing client programs and strategies, or simply reading those professional articles that are continuously piling up.
My best travel strategies: always make sure the Ipod is charged, have a toothbrush in the briefcase and never (never) eat food from the concourse at LaGuardia.
