We all know there’s an app for everything, and now you can use one to get deeply discounted same-day hotel bookings. Hotel Tonight says it offers up to 70 percent off at properties in Las Vegas, New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Seattle, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., with more cities coming online. Same-day bookings can be made up until 2 a.m., and each city has three deals that the creators say they “personally vet.” Properties range from back-to-basics budget accommodations to hip downtown hot spots.
