Canada Backs Obese Flyers
Canadian court say obese flyers get a second seat for free.
Airlines in Canada cannot charge disabled or obese people for an extra ticket when they need an additional seat or an attendant to accompany them, the Supreme Court of Canada recently ruled. The ruling applies only to domestic flights and does not include the domestic portion of an international flight.
