Las Vegas’ McCarran Airport is opening its new $2.4 billion Terminal 3 this summer. All international carriers shifted from Terminal 2 to the east end of T3 on June 27. By the end of July, domestic carriers Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, Virgin America, Sun Country, Hawaiian and United will set up on the west end of T3. By the end of August, passengers will go to T3 if their flights leave from the D gates. McCarran has installed dynamic signs along airport roads directing passengers to the appropriate terminals. Southwest passengers will continue to use B and C gates in Terminal 1.
