The Rose City has long been known for its edgy and independent culinary scene—innovative chefs opening casual restaurants, charming bistros and gourmet food trucks to showcase the region’s natural bounty (produce, cheese, meats, wine) from the nearby Willamette Valley and other regions throughout the fertile Pacific Northwest.
