philwhit Delta Flight 30/31 to and from Moscow from JFK 3 Feb 9 2010, 3:04 PM EST by Anonymous

Unpleasant flying experiences seem to be the rule rather than the exception these days so when you actually have a superlative experience it should be noted, right? With that in mind I'd like to commend the Delta team that looks after DL 30/31 to Moscow. The food was more than passable - my pasta dishes actually had substantial flavor and the salmon looked plump and not overcooked - but what really stood out was the friendly, professional service of the flight attendants. Greetings were enthusiastic and genuine, the cabin was thoroughly looked after and the overall impression was that a very professional team was running the show. I highly recommend this flight to anyone traveling to Moscow.

We just took a flight NYC to London on a Boeing 777. It was the biggest mistake in my traveling. Why BA of course. They get you thru their booking process and after you make the purchase you find out you can not select your seat. You have to wait 24 hours before the flight. I did that and exactly 24hours before the flight, I tried to select a seat. Guess what all were taken except the center. BA's configuration requires you to step over someone's legs to go to the restroom if you are on the window or center. If you are luckly to have an isle seat, you get the pleasure of someone going over your legs. Bottom line BA Sucks. If you want the best go Singapore Air

I also have noticed that Delta, as they are looking to emerge from bankrupcy, ssems have been infused with more service and spirit. I recently flew the DL shuttle and was impressed with the increased onboard friendliness.
