Watch
The Transportation Department wants to let airports charge airlines more for operating fights during the busiest times of day at congested airports, in an effort to reduce delays (see this week's story). This would supposedly induce carriers to schedule flights at other times, or move them to alternate airports nearby. Do you think this will work? And would you be willing to pay more for a flight that operates at a time that most people want to travel? Post your comments here.
