Talk of a Northwest-Delta merger is heating up, but questions remain about who would run the merged company, and which identity it would keep (see this week’s story). If Delta and Northwest merge, would you rather see Delta’s top management run the combined company, or Northwest’s? And should a merged airline use Delta’s brand name and identity, or Northwest’s? Post your comments here.

From 10 yrs experience as a NWA "elite" flyer, and frequent Delta trips since moving south, I say NWA has the worst service and least amenities--I say keep Delta name and blend best of NWA and Delta mgt. WOuld like to keep the mile-earning programs of NWA as they offer more ops for non-flight miles than Delta. Just hope they grandfather ALL active FF accounts and let elite members maintain their status.
