: In this week’s news, Delta will start flying to London Heathrow, a new door-to-door van service is starting there, and Virgin Atlantic is overhauling its check-in at LHR. Our question: Given all the bad press Heathrow has received due to congestion, security delays, missed connections and lost baggage, do you still prefer it as your main European connecting point, or do you use other European hubs?
