JetBlue airlines has introduced refundable fares for the first time (see this week’s story). Our question for this week: Are refundable fares important or essential to you, or are you generally able (or required by company policy) to take advantage of nonrefundable fares by locking in your travel schedule or otherwise meeting the restrictions attached to the lower fares?
