" I fly Southwest for everything, as much as possible, since I live near one of the Southwest Hubs. It's amazing to me that the other airlines haven't gotten the message yet that people like Southwest because it's user friendly! If you need to change your reservation, there's no "change fee." There is no baggage fee, and no extra fees for anything. As others have said, the people are friendly and customer-oriented. The new numbered seating system works well and eliminates the old "scramble." Southwest gets you where you want to go WHEN you want to get there for a very reasonable fee. That's why they make money!
