Here is what was given to my fiance and me with no compensation on our first night there, $200.
-No air conditionin. -Non-functioning safety deposit box. -No hot water. Upon waking up, this is what we were greated to for our $100/night. -Water all over the floor. -No water at all for about 5 hours. When leaving, we tried speaking with the owner and he refused to see us, because he was in a meeting. When we spoke with his representative upon leaving, all we got was a very gracious..."I'm sorry." I tried many times to resolve this through e-mails and he is unwilling to offer us any resonable compensation. He claims to have offered us a 10% discount upon leaving, but this never happened. |
