Kathmandu is a capital city of Nepal, a himalayan Kingdom with Top of The World Mount Everest and birth place of Lord Buddha. Here are many famous and 7 world heritage sites. Peacock windows are famous.......... windows were also craved during the reign of king Vishwa Malla. . A well as the museum-like cities, there are a myriad smaller villages in the valley, each with its own history and legends, temples and stupas. Just a moment's drive from Kathmandu are wonderful countryside walks, wooded parks and gardens for a day's entertainment. Scattered around the rim of the valley are scenic spots that command dramatic views of the Himalayan peaks. Swayambhu Swayambhunath is one of the most ancient Stupas in the Kathmandu vally. It lies on the top of the hill in west of the valley. The unique architecture of Swayambhunath is one of the most easily recognizable symbols of Nepal. From here one can enjoy a spectacular view of Kathmandu City. Legend says that ancient times the valley was a lake and it was known as the serpent's lake. Saint Manjushree cut the southern part of the valley and drained the water out. The Swayambhu was the first exit and became most important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists.
Pashupatinath Pashupati is the holiest Hindu shrines in the world . The temple is of two storied & has the sacred Lingam or the phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. This temple dates 4th century & renovated to present shape at around 18th century only, is an exquisite examples of repousse art &most noted for its gold plated roofs & silver coated doors Pokhara-- Pokhara is a another Beautiful city of Nepal with full of Natural beauties. The interesting thing is that you can see mount Fishtails shadow on lake fewa. interesting For more detail visit http://www.angelnepal.com or mail at info@angelnepal.com or Ph No: 00977 9851049206

We drove up to Savannah when we were in Orlando with Universal Adventure USA. It was about a 4 to 5 hour drive but well worth it.

You need to add Charlotte, the 2nd largest banking city outside of NYC! It has Nascar, the Panthers, and the only manmade olympic whitewater rafting center in the USA! It also has some amazing resorts, one being the Ballantyne Resort & Spa (I stay there frequently).

The September issue of Executive Travel will include a dispatch from Singapore, updating business travelers on the city. It should be posted online here mid-August, so be sure to come back to take a look. Or...in the meantime, feel free to post your own experience/knowledge of Singapore.

I know several business colleagues who have to travel to Sao Paulo and yet it can intimidate many of them. I have been a few times and really enjoyed it, but it helped to have some assistance from locals.
