Eos eyes two new destinations

All-premium carrier adds new routes to Newark and Dubai

Eos Airlines, which offers all-premium-class service between New York JFK and London Stansted, said it will expand its route network this year by adding flights to Newark and to Dubai. The airline – which said it is already carrying one out of every nine business class passengers between JFK and London on its 48-passenger 757s – set a May 5 launch for Newark-London Stansted flights and a July 6 debut for London-Dubai service. Eos has not yet released specific schedules, so it’s not clear if they will permit easy connections between either JFK or Newark and Dubai. Last fall, all-premium-class competitor Silverjet, which flies from Newark to London’s Luton Airport, started service between Luton and Dubai.
