The newest member of the luxury Four Seasons Hotels group is in St. Louis; the 200-room property is part of a $500 million redevelopment project known as Lumiere Place on Laclede’s Landing … A new luxury boutique hotel in New York City is the 45-room Duane Street Hotel, at Duane and Church streets in lower Manhattan, near City Hall … In mid-April, Sheraton will add 3,000 rooms in Dallas and Denver when the Adams Mark hotels in those cities are re-branded as the Sheraton Dallas and the Sheraton Denver … Meanwhile, the Adams Mark in St. Louis will become a Hyatt Regency this spring … Starwood’s W Hotels has set a March 11 opening for the W Atlanta Midtown at 188 14th Street NE … In April, the Fitzpatrick Hotel in Chicago will become the Affinia Chicago … Just outside Milwaukee, the newly opened Crowne Plaza Milwaukee-Wauwatosa has opened its doors … In Arizona, Carlson Hotels has cut the ribbon on the new Radisson Suites Hotel Tucson Airport … and in Dallas, the old Stoneleigh Hotel – built in 1923 -- in Oak Lawn has reopened as a luxury boutique property.
