Free device charging at Newark Airport

Samsung provides plug-in, power-up stations

Samsung Telecommunications America, also known as Samsung Mobile, has added Newark Liberty International Airport to the roster of facilities where it offers free recharging stations for frequent flyers. The company said it has deployed 50 charging stations around the airport, in terminals A, B and C. Each station has four electrical outlets, so it can accommodate multiple users; the stations also have shelves where users can place their devise during recharging. Newark is the fifth major U.S. airport to benefit from the free Samsung electricity. The company has also installed stations for passenger use in terminals at New York JFK, New York LaGuardia, Los Angeles International, Orlando International and Minneapolis-St. Paul International airports.
