Description: Held at the exclusive Palazzo Zampaglione. Each course will include introduction to the course and to each other, demonstration, preparation and cooking of the dishes, and tasting of the dishes. A translator will participate in the course to translate the cooking explanations to ensure that the traditional recipe hasn't been modified by changes in culture and language. Below please find an example of typical traditional recipes that will be taught during the courses. Recipes will vary depending on seasonality and fresh produce available.
