MAXjet plans more flights from JFK, LAS, LAX; suspends IAD service
MAXjet, which operates all-business-class service to London Stansted, has unveiled plans to increase frequencies in order to meet growing demand. The company said its service from New York JFK will add a Saturday flight starting October 20, giving it seven flights a week; on March 1, it will expand that JFK-London schedule to 10 a week with the addition of a second flight on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. The airline will boost its Las Vegas-London schedule to five flights a week December 5 with the addition of a Wednesday departure from LAS, then will expand to six flights a week effective February 15. From Los Angeles, MAXjet will add a Wednesday departure starting December 5, giving it a total of five flights a week. Meanwhile, MAXjet will suspend its Washington Dulles-London service effective October 29.
