New Dubai route

Silverjet launches connection via London

All-business-class carrier Silverjet, which operates two daily flights between Newark’s Liberty Airport and London’s Luton Airport, is scheduled to start daily service from London to Dubai on November 18. The Dubai service will use 767-200 aircraft fitted with 102 seats that convert to 6-foot, 3-inch lie-flat beds. Silverjet says it is the first and only commercial airline to use Dubai International Airport’s executive terminal, usually reserved for private air travel. There, Silverjet passengers can enjoy dedicated security and 30-minute check-in, the carrier reports.
