DELTA AIR LINES customers can now book car rentals, hotel accommodations, trip activities and travel insurance, in addition to their flight, all in one transaction on delta.com. Activities and services for sale on the site include Crown Room Club passes, airport parking, shuttle services and city tours and attractions … STAR ALLIANCE opened its first North American lounge at Los Angeles International Airport’s Tom Bradley Terminal. The 15,000 square-foot lounge, which seats 264 first- and business-class passengers, is equipped with showers and business centers. Star Alliance already has lounges in Zurich and Nagoya and will open others in London Heathrow Terminal 1 and Paris Charles de Gaulle Terminal 1 in 2008.
