Narita facility has new customer amenities
Northwest Airlines said it has reopened the WorldClubs lounge at its Tokyo Narita hub, on the fourth floor of Satellite 2. The facility has undergone a complete renovation, providing passengers with increased seating space; a business center with 32 iMacs that support 12 languages; six multimedia screens that provide flight information as well as entertainment; an improved food service with greater variety; five free shower rooms; a family room with play space for children; and a VIP room available by advance reservation. The Narita WorldClubs lounge, Northwest’s second-largest airport lounge after Detroit, is available to WorldClubs members, World Business Class passengers, Gold Elite and Platinum Elite members of WorldPerks, and business class passengers and Elite members of SkyTeam partner airlines.
