Emergency requests handled in Terminal 4
A company that specializes in expediting U.S. passports and foreign visas, ItsEasy.com, has opened an emergency help desk for travelers at New York’s Kennedy Airport. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the service center is at the Hotel Desk on the ground floor of Terminal 4. The purpose of the facility is to handle “last-minute emergencies” for travelers with documentation problems, according to a company spokesman. Examples cited by the company include passengers who aren’t allowed to board because their passport doesn’t have enough pages; or getting a new passport photo taken and an application downloaded at the airport.
