	Thread started: Sep 11 2007, 11:30 AM EDT Watch I just remembered: a decade or so ago United had an advertising campaign called "Higher" (or something like that)... focused on how the airline was "elevating" the travel experience for its passengers. As I recall, the campaign was a complete dud... since in reality, United was still treating everyone like a herd of cattle.
