One Flew South; Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta
This Terminal E bar and restaurant pays homage to both the landscapes and flavors of the South. A photomural of a Georgia forest stretches the length of the room, and locally quarried Cherokee marble tops the bar. The cocktail list includes a Bellini made with Georgia peach juice, as well as daily specials like On a Pear Tree, a concoction of Mississippi-made Cathead Vodka sweetened with pear-and-basil syrup. The cocktail list even has a name—Salute to Aeromarine—that nods to the historic Florida-based Aeromarine Airlines, which flew Americans to Cuba and the Bahamas to imbibe legally during Prohibition. oneflewsouthatl.com
