1. Lock seats so they do NOT recline. The idea of having someone recline into your very limited personal space is ridiculous.
2. Go cashless. Frontier and Midwest have.
3. Take all pets out of the passenger cabin. Some airlines dropped peanuts because of allergies. Many people are allergic to animals, especially cats.
4. Board families with small children LAST not first. The kids get restless waiting for the rest of the people to board.
