Worst flight ever,, St. Louis to San Diego, Ca.

My son and I were traveling to the west coast to visit colleges. From the moment we boarded the airplane until after we departed San Diego airport, the 2 year old tot seated in front of us screamed,, not cried, not whined,, screamed. It was unbelievable.... the entire 4 hour flight she screamed.. AS we were getting off the plane, the parents pushed their way into line ( child still screaming) and rushed to the luggage distribution point... As people from the flight arrived to get their luggage,, the parents and the screaming child stood alone on one side of the carousel, while 200+ people stood on the other side glaring at the family. I don't believe the parents could comfort her,, and I don't know why,, but I hope they have no more children and I hope never to be on a flight with them if they do.
