Travel down time is also a great time to use the tools of mobile education made possible via Web 2.0, iPod, and the mobile web to learn new skills or sharpen old ones. I'm a big fan of ItalianPod (www.ItalianPod.com) and its sister "LanguagePods" - Chinese, Spanish, and French. Fun, easy, 8-10 minute lessons that let you learn a new language in the "found moments" of travel and other down time. Do you find this valuable?
