Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is serving up a star-studded cast at Phoenix Restaurant T. Cook’s of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa
In what will be an unparalleled culinary tour de force, the Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation is thrilled to announce that five top-tier chefs will recreate the famed James Beard House dinners at the popular T. Cook’s of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa on Thursday, September 4th at 6:30pm.
The reception and dinner promises to delight the palates of the most discriminating epicureans. Award-winning Chefs Brian Cooper of The Old House at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, Jonathan Gelman of The Driskill Hotel in Austin and Robert Nyerick of Miramonte Resort & Spa and Ristorante Brissago in Palm Springs will join Host Executive Chef Lee Hillson and Executive Pastry Chef Pierino Jermonti to create a citrus-inspired menu. Highlights of the evening will include:
