I think Congress is the wrong place to take up this initiative. JetBlue is experiencing the wrath of their poor judgment and actions - but they are now putting together their own Passenger Bill of Rights - which is what SHOULD happen. In order to compete and retain high value customers (in a very competitive industry), the airlines should voluntarily take this up on their own. Do you find this valuable?
