Mar 5 2007, 4:10 PM EST We flew from Vegas to Washington to Buffalo. Our luggage bag is still missing in action eventhough we have been promised it will be here by yesterday or today. I am so upset because we have alot of clothes in there. The customer service is so bad. They don't even know what they are saying most of the time and the empty promises they make. I am so upset.
