RE: Atlanta
Aug 15 2007, 11:50 AM EDT Atlanta is a city of neighborhoods, which offer many different and unique personalities. When in town I would suggest checking out some of the following neighborhoods: Castleberry Hill - Located less than a mile from downtown and easily accessible by Marta from the airport. Know as Atlanta's "Art District", featuring many galleries, converted warehouses and upscale lofts. If you would like to dine in this neighborhood, I would recommend No Mas! Cantina and Slice. Inman Park - Located 2 miles west of downtown, easily accessible by Marta from the airport. Inman Park is known for its stunning Victorian homes and eclectic community. If you happen to be in Atlanta the last full weekend in April, I would strongly suggest checking out the Inman Park Festival, which features by far the city’s quirkiest and most colorful Parade. If looking for somewhere to dine, check out Shaun's…. by far one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Do you find this valuable? |
