Jul 24 2007, 3:12 PM EDT Kevin Devlin got it right: a more predictable pricing structure is needed in the airline industry... a sense of "fairness" is certainly missing and, in the end, detracts from customer loyalty to any specific carrier. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
