United, American's new business class
Jul 30 2007, 9:58 AM EDT United and American are both overhauling their international business class to meet the standards of foreign competitors, with large seat-beds, high-tech entertainment systems and more. Have you avoided American and United on overseas flights because foreign carriers had better business class cabins? And if so, will you give them a try as their new products become available? Jul 30 2007, 11:53 AM EDT United is the only major air carrier in the USA that doesn't have on order or scheduled deliveries of new airplanes. I think that they are just putting a band aid on old equipment. it seems life their 747-400's, especially the ORD-PEK route have had several flights late due to aircraft servicing!! American Airlines at least has new aircraft in the delivery pipeline Do you find this valuable? |
