United's customer service plan
Sep 10 2007, 9:58 AM EDT United Airlines has issued a 12-point customer service plan. Read this weeks' story about it and/or visit the linked United site for details (www.united.com/page/article/0,6722,52163,00.html). Then tell us what you think of United’s pledges – e.g., to try to deliver checked bags within 25 minutes of arrival, and to give discount certificates to passengers stuck on a ground-delayed plane for more than four hours before takeoff. Sep 17 2007, 12:12 PM EDT I believe UAL's trying but when you're in the RCC with a problem and there's only ONE (1) qualified Agent to help is a disgusting situation especially when the supervisor left the agent with the comment that " I don't think I have the computer knowledge to help" and anothe agent said when he saw the people waiting that he was needed at a gate! Does everyone realize that UAL is the only Major Carrier in the USA that doesn't have due for delivery or on order new airplanes. Even Delta and NWA, who also were in Bankrupcy have new aircraft due for delivery or on order????? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
